About the service and who provides it

When you call, you reach ADI Leak Detection’s office team, and the survey is carried out by an ADI engineer. ADI Leak Detection is a trading name of ADI Leak Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15870765).

The ADI service began in 2011 and has 25+ leak detection engineers working across England, Scotland and Wales. Listening is one of the methods they use, alongside tracer gas, pressure testing and thermal imaging, and the engineer can repair the leak too if you want it done.

A damp patch rarely tells the whole story. Water can travel along pipes, insulation and floors before it appears. These guides explain how engineers work back to the source, which tests help and what may need opening once the leak is found. The case studies show that process on real ADI jobs.
